Hi I tested for HIV ELISA and report as follows

HIV ELISA
Result   : Negative
OD Negative Control   : 0.025
OD Positive control     : 0.920
Cut Off Value              : 0.225
OD Test Sample         : 0.030
Method                      : Microwell

Please explain above figures. Have need more test for conclusion???

You don't say how long it was after your possible exposure.   ELISA test can mean different things: 2nd generation, 3rd generation.  So without this there's no way to tell what it means.  Sorry.
