strange symptoms

Good day, on june 11th 2010 i had intercourse with a sexworker i used a condom for the whole sesion but in a brief instant (5 seconds) i lost the condom inside the vagina i put it back on and evrything went smooth. And at some point performed oral sex on her.

the next week i had a mild soard throat. Now 4 months later day by day ,i have had a series of symptoms i really dont know how to interprate. In the first days of september i had a terrible alergic-like reaction, i became sensible to daylight for a while with tears coming out of my eyes and a need to sneez but couldn't.

My lymph nodes hurt terribly, and in the beginning of october i had a change in stools, it's  now yellowish unconsistant and thin.  Tho i haven't lost weight i lost my apetite and have nausia like moments without vomiting.

I also brews easy. I tested 3 times for HIV around september 20 and all 3 came out negative, Are my symptoms HIV related or typical?  I still have the mild soard throat.

Yes i know, still i have other less pleasant symptoms i am constipated i can't produce any stool. Its worst than even 2 days ago.

My throat is so dry on one side,i have nightsweats and brewsing tends to lass forever. But the top of everything is when i urinate or ejaculate it hurts like hell !   It can't be imaginary i have a mild discharge coming out of my penis. My doctor saw it. Still they insist the tests performed in september were conclusive, No STDs

I also have a persistant cough its been with me for 2 months.
the pain in the back of my neck is unbearable.

With all do respect this is either a form of hiv or a new desease i won instead of the lottery.

Please,give me an idea.

HIV is not your concern. You've tested conclusively negative.
