Question about HIV infection

Hello, let's say you touched dried sperm, and then you putted your finger on your anus, is there any chance that you have been infected with HIV? Can HIV infection occur outside the body?

Thanks

We don't play the "what if" game because all these "might this" or "might that" does not happen. You had no risk. Seek a therapist for anxiety issues.

Hello, are you sure? My OCD is killing me.

So here is the whole story: I was at a friends house who might have HIV, and I was using his laptop which might had dry semen on the keyboard (I know, gross).  So after I got home I washed my hands with just cold water (I never had any visible amount of semen in my fingers), and then I masturbated while fingering my prostate. (please don't jduge). Could I become infected this way? Do I need to get tested?
Please help!

No HIV dies outside the body and if it's dry it's even more dead
