Question about the risk of a handjob with vaginal fluid involved

I had sexual intercourse with a condom with a sexually very active woman whose STD/HIV status I do not know. The act lasted about 15 minutes. Afterwards, the woman took off my condom with her naked hand (i.e. without a handkerchief or the like). I assume that a little vaginal fluid (mixed with lubricant) got on her hand. With the same hand, which she did not wash, she jerked me off immediately afterwards, stimulating the glans and shaft, but not coming into contact with the urethra. Further, I could not identify any visible wounds on her hand. The vaginal fluid (it was not much, which is why she had to "lubricate" with additional lubricant) came via detours on my penis (from the vagina via condom on the hand and from there on my penis) Questions: Is my assumption correct that the risk of HIV infection here tends to zero or is not even theoretical nature and as a result I do not have to make an HIV test? How high would you consider the risk of transmission of other STDs in such a one-time event?

Condoms are the most effective way to prevent HIV and STDs.
PrEP is used by people with high risk to prevent HIV infection.

Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) may help prevent HIV infection.
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
You cannot get HIV from anyone's hands or fingers - not your hands/fingers, not anyone else's hands/fingers, even if those hands/fingers have cuts or scrapes on them.

You had ZERO RISK for HIV or any STDs. There is no information you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV. You don't need to test for anything.
