Oral with abrasion between cheek and teeth structure in upper side of mouth

One day before i tried with my finger to remove bread from the upper side of between cheek and my teeth, but i had forgotten that.

So yesterday i Performed unprotected oral,to a shemale fir just 10seconds.

No ejaculate.

Βut she had a small pimple next to head if penis.
And she seemed like ill..i mean cough and cold.

What if some blood from pimple touched my non bleeding abrasion i had done a day before in my cheek or some pre-ejaculate that i didnt realise touched my abrasion.

Note that the abrasion hasnt blood BUT it has some metalised taste.

I had risk if we assume she is positive?

Thanks

5th day diarrhea without abdominal pain.

Vance you were clear.
But what if precum changing fluids with my abrasion enter my body?

So no test needed on that situation in addition to protected anal passive?
