contraction by scratch??

Hi, I was at work two years ago and a presumably homeless guy gave me his money but he was mentally ill and shaking, and he shook so hard when he paid me that he scratched me while paying me (the palm of my hand), and it bled a little and i cleaned it off.  I wasn't worried at the time but now every time I get sick with ANYTHING I immediately wonder if I contracted HIV...  I'm super paranoid though, I had an HIV test done four years ago because I thought i'd kissed someone who had blood in their mouth (in 2002), and now I have a rash which could just be from my bra or something but EVERYTHING just freaks me out.

Do you think the scratch puts me at risk?  I didn't notice any fluids on him but who knows, but assuming it was just a fingernail, they were rather long...

I get too panicky and it drives everyone nuts.

And I thought I was paranoid.

You can't get HIV from being scratched, my friend.  This isn't the virus from 28 Days Later or something.
