RASH!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Can someone describe what ARS rash is like? If not ARS than later stages of HIV Rash. I read on a site that forehead rash can be caused by HIV. I have a huge red blotch on my forehead between my eyebrows and im freaking out. I literally want to start crying and it's coming on. It doesn't itch and there doesn't seem to be any pimple like bumps. Just a red blotch.

the blotch didnt appear all at once. First it was a light red blotch and then a little more red. And now its full on blood/deep red.

HIV does not cause rashes or hives. HIV medication can cause both rashes and hives.
