PCR testing is not recommended for routine HIV diagnostic screening, due to the high rate of false positives, other technical concerns and cost of the test.
This isn't some school exam that you can fudge and expect accurate results. HIV tests are very specific in terms of testing window periods. They were set up that way for a reason. I already gave you the earliest possible available window period when you should take a 4th generation duo for a conclusive result. You're not going to get any more accurate than that by trying to circumvent the timing.
