Should I be worried?

Back story. I met this girl Halloween. We had a small thing but she became too much for me, so I called it off. Around the holidays she sends me a couple texts and we slowly start talking. Last weekend the 9th of January I head over there. We had both been tested, she knows how particular I am, I had no reason to be worried and we had unprotected sex that night and leave the following morning and I take off. I was already getting over a mild mild sore through/cough. It's kind of being going on around here. I feel its the tailend.

Monday and Tuesday I don't recall anything of significance. It's cold and I work outside all day but I feel I'm used to it. Tuesday one of my co-workers says he catches a small cold/flu and sleeps the night off how I sleep Wednesday

Wednesday-
I feel poopy all day at work. I think I developed a migraine Tuesday night actually because I remember thinking if I'm not able to sleep this off, I might call in. It was present when I woke up but I still went in.  Work my full day but manage to survive the day.. Main issue at this point is the headache.  I got home from work, with a terrible terrible terrible migraine, sore throat and sore muscles. I slept from 6PM to 11Am the following morning.

Thursday.
Spent this day resting.  Same symptoms as Wednesday. Missed work, but it was a short day so I knew they didn't need me.

Friday
Take temp when I wake up and its 101.8. Again I rest for most of the day but I had some things to take care so I get out and about and get some tylenol, cough drops and nyquil. Also bought some ingredients for chicken noodle soup since I haven't ate much. After I get home I take it pretty easy, eat some soup and head to bed ( feeling better already, I think from getting some fresh air and being out). I wake up in a HUGE pool of sweat. My clothes are literally drenched, along with my comforter, sheets, pillows. I change clothes move to the other side of the bed and sleep the rest of the night without little to no sweat. Think the sweat is from my fever breaking. I was sleeping fully clothes with thermals too.

Saturday.
I feel much better overall. Occasionally have to run to the toilet, but the headache is gone, fever is gone, but my mouth is still really sensitive. I use my cameras flashlight and I'm shocked, my mouth is full of canker sores. I get them from time to time, but never more than a couple. There's probably 20 of them on the back of my through, inside checks, roof of my mouth and on/under my tongue. I can't even see them all, there might be 30.

Sunday ( today)
I feel really good, except these stupid canker sores. They make it hard to eat drink, swallow, talk etc. I have to hit the toiled from time to time and very slight headache. No temp.

I had an old Oraquick HIV test that I took yesterday that came back negative.

I text the girl today and ask her if she's slept with anyone unprotected. She says 3 weeks ago she did. I'm in shock at how foolish she is. She was super paranoid after our first time because she thought she developed some herpes symptoms. I'm the first guy she's been with in 7 years because she has in a serious relationship that whole time. I tell her if she's being honest, then she has nothing to worry about because I know I'm clean. Secretly she goes and gets checked out for everything and comes back negative. Because of this scare, you think she would use some better judgement but she meets and hooks up with some random dude she met from the internet UNPROTECTED. I should have never trusted her but I was an idiot and though she was smarter ( she's well educated, has a good career seemingly HAS intelligence,). She text him ( I didn't ask her to) he say she was tested a week before they hooked up, go figure.. She went and bought an oraquick test too which resulted negative. The problem is, these test, test for antibodies and if either of us was exposed it wouldn't show at this point

Cliffs

Slept with girl unprotected 9th of January
4-5 days later I develop VERY strong acute HIV symptoms
Worst of it last 2 days
Mouth is full of ulcers which is what really concerns me. I've never in my life experienced these.

My only hope and I think from a very realistic frame of mind. The acute phase is generally 2-4 weeks after exposure ( but can it be sooner?). When I went grocery shopping I bought strawberries and ate probably 15 because of how hungry I was, then slept with them next to the bed and kept munching on them through the night as I woke up. Probably ate 30 altogether. I'm hoping all these canker sores are cause by the strawberries and weakened immune system thats fighting off the cold. I didn't check the mouth sores until the morning after I ate all the strawberries, so I don't know if there were any present prior or not. My throat was deff sore though.

It's long, I'm sorry, but I wanted to be thorough

Thanks for the reply.  Transmission rate during ARS is significantly higher, which is another one of my concerns.

Also, thanks for the suggestion, but I don't need to be counseled. I understand whats done is done and the only thing I can do is wait, whether the result is in my favor or not.

My main concern as mentioned in the original post is the the mouth ulcers. I'm sick ( whatever the cause may be) but I've never gotten them this bad. I also understand that it takes 2+ weeks for the symptoms to show but I'm curious if there's cases where its sooner

First, men catching HIV from women is extremely rare and if it happens it s usually preceded by multiple unprotected encounters. Second ARS does not present 4-5 days after infection. That is much too early. It is much more likely you contracted the flu. Which, by the way, is at epidemic levels and much easier to catch than HIV.
Your comment has multiple undertones and evidence of  anxiety disorder. You should seek out a qualifed mental health professional to counsel you through the next few weeks until you can obtain a conclusive test result at 28 dats using a DUO test. Realistically, your odds are so low to be considered pretty low risk. In fact, most docs knowledgable in HIV transmission would most likely not even recommend testing after such an exposure.
