There is no risk of HIV infection

The risk of my wife because my cause, as follows:
8 weeks ago, I have sex with prostitutes at 4pm. Do you use condoms, but I inadvertently to the girl vaginal stick to his penis (I think she may be infected with HIV than sex workers in Vietnam with high HIV rates) Phallus then you have symptoms such as dermatitis (no virus or bacteria that have not, I just see red skin, slim and itching, no bleeding, no ulcer). After the relationship is finished, I rinse them with water penis in the hotel and go on. Outdoor temperature that day was very hot, about 33 degree. At home I take a shower with soap. 11 o'clock that night (after sex with prostitute 7h) you have sex with my wife without using condoms.
What I fear here is that HIV virus live on my penis (possibly due to skin inflammation may facilitate HIV parasites) and when my relationship with my wife, it exposed her vagina I miss that and it will scratch through my wife HIV infection. I look forward to my doctors know my wife's case at risk of HIV infection wisdom?
Today you can go for antenatal care for his wife and 8-week rapid HIV test result is negative of my wife.
