worried mother

I'm 35 and aparently healthy. Yesterday I shook hands with an HIV positive person (diagnosed about a 10 days ago). About an hour later I was home and my 3 year old boy fell and cut his lower lip. Without thinking I touched the bleeding wound to see how deep the cut was and began to put water to wash the bleeing. I don´t remeber having washed my hands between the handshake and touching my son´s freshly made bleeding lesion.
I know this question sounds silly but I´m worried because of my baby.
Should I be worried??

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child (birth/breastfeeding)

hiv is not transmitted through casual contact (shaking hands)

you cannot give your son something that you didnt have

Thank you Lizzie for your answer,
Like I said.. I felt like I was asking a silly question.. but when it comes to our children it seems like nothing is that clear. I couldn´t stop thinking about it.. so I posted to get an  opinion.
thank you
