Rash at the back of my neck sign of HIV?

Good day experts,

I had consistent safe sex for 5 days straight 19 days ago. Now  I developed a rash at the back of my neck. It's difficult to notice because of my fair colored skin. It is with a reddish hue and flat and one time it was very itchy specially when I'm sweaty.  Tonight i felt one bump that is somewhat a bit paintful when touched. Right side of my neck is a bit swollen, not sure it it was my glands. No fever and sore throat but i was feeling a bit hot and dizzy a few days back. I'm from the tropics. Am I at risk? Thank you.

Yes I used a condom the entire time. Thanks for the prompt response Vance. Could this be a sign another std? Thanks again.

If you used a condom then you had no risk.
