Really worried, stiff neck and folliculitis

Hi, I had protected sex with CSW on 9th April and I am pretty sure the condom was intact. I sucked her nipple but I am not sure whether she was lactating. She also gave me oral with condom. I developed folliculitis after 1 week which I believe due to my shaved chest. I was feeling tired throughout the day with muscle pain untill now and after 4 weeks I develop stiff neck. I did not have any fever, no rash except those folliculitis that are still there but getting it better now. I don't have any swollen lymph nodes except I have pain in my tonsils all the time and I don't have any night sweats. I did HIV rapid fingertip blood test on 4th week that came negative and again on 7th week that also came negative. I did all STD test except HIV and all came back negative and I was diagnosed with severe Vitamin D deficiency. I still have stiff neck and muscle pain. I am really worried that I am not seroconverted yet and will turn positive after 12th week.

Please help me and tell me whether these symptoms are related to HIV. I don't have rashes or folliculitis on any other part of body except on chest and and shoulder.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

Hi

I tested after 13 weeks and 2 days using Oraquick HIV 1/1 fingerprick rapid test and it came negative. Is it conclusive? Or do I need further testing.

I am really worried as I feel swollen lymph nodes now under my jaw.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Thanks Alex, I will test after 12 week as well. I am just praying that I don't fall into that 3% window of Oraquick rapid test that says 97% people turn positive after 6 weeks.
