Quick Insertion :O

Hello :) I'm sending this message because I'm a bit concerned. I met up with a guy earlier today. He showed me his most recent HIV test from last december in which he tested NEGATIVE.

We had anal sex WITH A CONDOM for a few minutes, but he was too soft so we stopped. He took the condom off and tried to get hard again. He then put his penis back in for a few seconds, but I realized he wasn't wearing a condom. I immediately pushed away.

He assured me that he hasn't had unprotected sex, but we can't really tell, can we?

What are the risks of getting a potential HIV infection?
