Really worried

Really worried

Hi Experts,
I stupidly had drunken, unprotected sex with a stripper. I certainly don't make a habit of this, I'm in a loving relationship. While it was a very brief encounter for only a few minutes with no ejaculation, when I woke up the next morning my penis was burning and very raw looking which I believe is a yeast infection. I have had this after sex before, even with a condom but never this bad and it normally goes away on its own in a day or 2 - I am currently treating with over the counter meds and it seems to be getting slowly better. It has been 6 days now and I have been getting night sweats and tingling sentions in my arms and legs at night. Now it has got quite a bit warmer at night recently and I've noticed my child is also sweating at night recently but the sweats I am having are quite bad. I've noticed that when the sweats are bad the burning sensation is also quite bad. I'm really worried that it is ARS.

I am suffering SEVERE anxiety right now and trying to pretend everything is ok at home and at work is the hardest thing in the world - I'm so worried, terrified and ashamed of what my stupidness could do to my young family. I used to sleep around a lot when I was a teenager but my partner and I both tested at the same time after that and we were both all clear except I had 1 episode of warts so this is my only risk.

My questions... 1. Could it be the yeast infection causing the night sweats and tingling? 2. Does the fact that i had this infection the morning after make it more likely that I was infected with HIV? 3. Will a test at 3 or 4 weeks be a good indication? (I know everyone is different and of course if negative i would take follow-up test at 3 months but this anxiety for 3 months would kill me nevermind anything else!)

Thanks in advance.

1. I am sure that it is possible, but really have no clue.
2. No
3. Any negative is good a negative at 6-8 weeks is a good indication. 4 weeks will pick up about 90% of all new infections.
