Recommendations for HIV test

Today I came up with a personal doubt; I was near a fire and I breathed the smoke from it, I felt not so fine with all that smoke coming in to my lungs.
Tomorrow I have a test for HIV, can the smoke I got into my lungs cause changes in my blood, so consequently, a false positive can be expected?

What other recommendations you give me?

Thanks for the answer.

NO.  That will not affect your HIV test.  Sounds like you are letting your anxiety get the best of you.
