thanks guys for posting on this topic but does anyone knwo if you have to take the combitest at exactly 28 days to be reliable, or is it equally reliable at 6 weeks for the antigen part.
I also agree with the 3 months antibody test as most reliable test because this whole antigen testing is very confusing with all these double window confusion.

Sorry Nick it doesn ´t make any sence to me. Duo test was created to be highly sifisticated method to detect p24 in a few days after exposure. Have negative DUO at 28 days is very strong evidence. It is opinion of all of the MEDHELP Docs. Correct me if I am wrong. Is is 3 month test necessary?
Yes that could be, but a conclusive result is done at 3 months using an antibody test
Doctor Hunter is always sayin that result of DUO test 28 days after exposure is 99% conclusive.
