Hello. As stated, nothing you mention, including your gum disease, is a risk for HIV. If you test for peace of mind, that is up to you. However, your tests will be negative based on what you have written on the forum. We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

Thank you so much for the answer, I really appreciate that you took some time for me from your busy schedule.
One thing I FORGET TO MENTION IS I HAVE PERIODONTAL DISEASE, BUT MY GUMS USUALLY DON'T BLEED AFTER BRUSHING TEETH.
I am also more concerned because RUSSIA is facing a big crisis of HIV. Assuming that women to be POSITIVE AND since SHE WAS IN 40'S THERE ARE MORE CHANCES THAT SHE WILL BE HAVING GUM DIEASES, ASSUMING THAT SHE IS POSITIVE IT WILL LARGELY INCREASE THE SEVERITY OF HER GUM DISEASE.
WHAT ARE the CHANCES THAT SHE MIGHT HAD PASSED HIV DURING DEEP KISSING
IS PERIODONTAL disease Increase the chance by large MARGIN ? ( I BRUSHED MY TEETH 2 HOURS BEFORE VISITING HER, does it makes any difference???)
Do I Need HIV testing?
Thank you in Advance.
First.........this is a free website and we do not accept donations.
Since you were wearing a condom, you had NO RISK from the blowjob.
You had NO RISK from your cracked, bleeding lips. Kissing is not a risk for HIV but considering this woman refused the use of a condom, I would suggest you have an STD panel done. There ARE some STD's that can be passed from skin to skin contact. I suggest you play this one safe.
NO RISK from your thumb even with crack from being chapped. HIV can only be transmitted INSIDE the human body.
Frottage is NEVER a risk if you are clothed or wearing a condom, which you were.
Your underwear getting wet with her vaginal fluids is NOT A RISK. That is NOT how HIV is transmitted.
That you had the flu that day is ONLY of concern to the woman you were with.
Psoriasis does NOT increase your chances of being infected.
There is medication to reduce the risk of contracting HIV, it is known as PEP. But before ANY doctor will put you on this treatment, you have to have had UNPROTECTED INSERTIVE VAGINAL SEX. You DID NOT HAVE THIS RISK!!!! Also, you MUST begin this treatment within 72 hours of your exposure.
You had a PROTECTED blowjob.......absolutely NO RISK for HIV.
The kissing, I discussed earlier.
Please consider getting yourself educated about HIV and safe sex.

Doing the "water test" on a condom is a total waste of time. When, and if, a condom fails, (breaks) it fails catastrophically. There is virtually nothing left of it except the band around the base of your penis.
