About 15 years back, when I was 9 years old , a guy 4-5 years older to me forced me to have anal sex with me. He penetrated for about 10 seconds without ejaculating. Obviously, we weren't using any condom. Till date I didn't have any symptoms of hiv. But for the past 6 months my health has deteriorated. I suffered from malaria, then GERD, then typhoid, and  I fell very low fever every now and then. Is it possible that I am carrying hiv virus for the last 15 years.

His advice was incorrect. I've had HIV for 29 years and never had symptoms, hangon gave you the correct information.

Getting a test done isn't a feasible option for me as I reside in a remote area. Can u tell me if my risk is HIGH or LOW OR VERY LOW. Thnx for your advice.

The HIV virus can be present for many years without causing significant health problems.
It would be rare though. Have a test now .
