Risk Level

I tested two months ago for HIV and other STDs.  All were negative except rectal chlamydia, which was positive.  The only person with whom I had anal sex (a rentboy) agreed to bareback, although he only acts as a top and will not permit himself to be barebacked. He did not *** inside of me, although there could have been precum. He had difficulty staying hard.  I have itching of the rectal and penis areas, so I don't question the test.  However, could I have gotten a false negative on oral chlamydia and spread the disease from my penis to anus?  One other person tried barebacking me, but didn't penetrate, since I normally don't have this kind of sex. I tested negative after that encounter (3 mos). How worried should I be?  Thank you for listening.

I may have not articulated the facts very well.  The HIV test was after 3 months, which was negative.  I had bareback sex with the guy in question only 3 weeks before the test.  So, my HIV test covered all contacts before this guy, but perhaps not enough time to give a reading whether he infected me.  Sorry for being such a putz.
