Bleeding wounds,help me pls!

Please help me!
I have a bleeding wound by a needle (that is a new needle) and another person give me a bandage soaked in alcohol to make it stop bleeding.But I don't know that  bandage new or not,And my question:
1.If bandage is not clean and has blood HIV on it,so can I has risk?My wound is very small and bleeding out.
2.If HIV in blood  meet  bandage soaked in alcohol 70%,can it infect?
I very fear now,feeling terrible and I can't sleep in two day please help me soon !

ok, still no risk assuming a blood is present in the bondage.

New Needle but I said I don't know the bondage is new or not?And my wound by a  needle is too deep to my veins and bleeding exposure with bondage,can it tranlate HIV?

No,I mean a wound by a  needle is too deep to my veins but not wide and bleeding,can it tranlate hiv?

A NEW needle cannot transmit HIV.

Trust me, you wont be putting a bondage in your wound if it has a blood.

1. If the bondage has blood then you should have seen it. Trust me, if you wont be putting a bondage in your wound if it has a blood.
2. the only transmission through blood is through blood transfusions / injecting infected needles in your veins for drug works. A poked from that needle is not enough also to give pathway for the virus in your blood streams. You have no risk at all.
