Risk from two people with open wounds bleeding on eachother

Lets say a passerby attempts to stop a fight and during the process their ear gauge is ripped out (fairly deep, enough to warrant a few stitches). One of the people fighting is also bleeding and ends up grappling and throwing punches at the person trying to stop the fight and they bleed quite a bit over each other during the struggly. Should that person seek immediate medical attention in regards the blood and open wounds?

Not an HIV concern.

Is this a dismissal to answer the question or a dismissal to whether this is a risk factor for HIV? I'm only asking as there is a great deal of panic and feeling down at the moment.
