Risk help please! Non-Sexual

I’ve never had intercourse before so I’ve been staying good to it. I was able to find this site after my anxiety at work my work place. I work at a restaurant (in a bad part of the US) and there’s been multiple fights with lots of blood on the ground. My question is does this pose a risk? Can’t find any info when wet blood (some looked like jellow) when outside the body. What happen to me two times was my supervisor accidently push the mop on ground hard and some of the blood got onto my skin and also maybe a speck of it got on my eye and face. Prior to the mopping, I sprayed a ton of sani solution on the blood. Can the sani kill whatever on the blood after 2 minutes of contact on the blood? I’m worried sick that I went and took 3 Oraquicks that I found at a store and all 3 came out negative. I’m also confused to as why I have some rashes and today a white tongue that won’t go away. Do I need more correct testing? I would also say the time from the incident at work to the time I took the test was 5 months apart.

You keep testing negative because you had no exposure to HIV. Blood is not infectious once it's outside the body unless it's been drawn directly into a vacuum sealed syringe. Obviously that has nothing to do with what you've described so you have no concerns for HIV.

You always had the white tongue but never bothered over-examining it before. Anyone can get a rash.HIV is dead in air which is why you never hear about cut people bleeding and infecting others.
