Risk of HIV transmission from receptive Anal Fingering

Hello. About 4 days ago I visited a massage parlor where the female massage attendant inserted her finger into my anus. I am a male. I believe she inserted her thumb for about 30-45 seconds. She had short to medium length finger nails that I could feel.  I then asked her to stop.  She continued the massage and eventually masturbated me until I ejaculated. I am assuming that she performs this service regularly (fingering, and masturbation).

My questions are: (1) What is the risk to me of contracting HIV from her finger in my anus? (2) Does this risk change even if she has semen or rectal fluid on her finger (or under her finger nail) from a previous HIV+ customer, and then used the same finger on me without washing her hands?

No, HIV has never been transmitted in the way you describe. No matter what what ifs you add.

Fingering and handjobs don’t spread HIV.

If by some massive bad luck someone immediately before you was HIV positive and she had some fluid on her finger, and she didn’t clean. Then the HIV would be killed my the air and environment, so can’t be spread.

You are fine - you don’t even need to test.
