Risk or hiv ocd?

So basically i went to a friend house and we went into his room. He's asian so i have to take off my shoes and walk barefeet. Everything is going good until i noticed that there are some little red stains on the floor. I dont remember if i stepped the red stains or not or wether that is blood or just paint and it was pretty dried out by the time i noticed it. Supposedly i stepped on that stain and that was HIV+ blood am i at risk? I dont think have any sores or open cuts under my feet but if i do would that be a risk? Thanks for replying to my question :(
