None of the risks you have mentioned in this forum, in this thread or previous threads, are a risk for HIV.
Risks are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.
HIV is unable to infect quickly upon contact with air. Small cuts, pokes, scrapes, etc., are also not a sufficient route of entry. You seem to have great anxiety over HIV and other diseases, and a counselor is your best route to overcoming these mostly irrational fears.
