Risk urgent plz

I hope all is well. I have put my self in risk of STI it has been a month since my risk. I had protected sex wit a cswI have tested 2  HIV PCR on day 11 and day 18 which came out negative. I also tested HIV duo antibody antigen on day 26 day 28 and day 31 which all came out negative however i have caught a flue and feel  tired and cold. Can a small 4 day old razor cut transit HIV if virginal fluids touches it

Your tests would be conclusive and you don't have HIV, even if you had any kind of risk -- but you didn't.

Thank you very much do you think that the cuts were a rid or they have closed by 4 days

You had NO risk. Protected sex with an intact condom is safe sex. In the highly unlikely event you were exposed, your DUO tests at 26, 28 and 31 days prove you did NOT acquire HIV from the encounter you describe.
