Risk when nail with possible vaginal secretions scratch existing wound?

I had sex with an unknown woman. after around 5 minutes of the sex. I first throw the condoms into trash can which is filled with some water, after around 30-60 minutes of the sex behavior, when I check the condoms, I used my hand to grasp them, then I washed my hand, but without abstergent, only water, then I came to sleep alone, around 1-2 hours later( in this process my hand is drying, but with some possible vaginal secretions and lubricant), when I was half asleep, I felt I scratch a previous wound which has grown scab(around a rice size) with my hand, especially nail, I’m really afraid that in this process the virus would transmit into my wound, I heard that HIV only survive a little while after leaving human body, but I don’t know if it’s true, and if it fit my situation, so I’m wondering if you can help me and give me some information on my situation.
Thanks very much in advance!

Thank you, but why? What if the nail hurt the wound and act as a instrument to transmit the virus, and the virus is protected by the lubricant which is hard to wash away only with water, could you please help me to have a concret analysis, thank you very much
