Small cut on finger and hangnail

hi all,

i had a small cut on my index finger but it wasn't bleeding as well as a hang nail  when i used it to finger another guy for a while. when i pulled it out there was no blood, just some fecal matter. should i be concerned about getting HIV from fingering? has this ever happened? do i need to test? thanks!
