teak, someone help me! Not sure about hiv test!

After years of being totally stupid, having ALOT of sexual partners.. Last month i finally got tested for hiv and other stds. Well, that was negative across the board. I am not sure about the hiv test result. I took a rapid one, where they pricked my finger, drop of blood came out, got the results back 15 min later and was told it was negative. My last sexual exposure was in early dec 2008 with protection. And i got tested April 24,2009. Im just not sure because i've had alot of partners.. how could i have not catch hiv??? I have trouble letting this go, i only eat one meal a day now! I dunno, is it guilt? And i been with sex workers too...Surley i would've caught someone... what are your thoughts???

well last time i had unprotected intercourse was almost 3 years ago, and my friends told me alot of bad things about the woman i was with.. i was too scared then to get tested, even before i was with ALOT of women with condoms. total i've been with 6 women with no condoms.. i dont get how my results were negative..Maybe its guilt?  Im down to eating one meal a day cause i cant stop thinking about this. I did take the rapid test, they prickede my finger, blood came out and nurse told me later on it was negative.. What do u think of those tests? This guy from an hiv chatroom was saying those tests arent reliable and was totally scoffing and laughing at me! Saying there wasn't enough blood.. was he just being a douche and trying to scare me?

a conclusive test result is 3 months after your LAST unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse.

hiv is a fragile virus and not as easy to transmit as everyone thinks.  count your blessings that you werent one of the "unlucky" ones.

always use condoms and plenty of water based lubricant.  sex lasts a few minutes...hiv lasts a lifetime ! ! !
