Negative Syphillis and HIV test. Can any of them be a false-negative?

May 2015 Negative for HIV,

February 8 2016 Negative for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhoea, Hep. B, Chlamydia. However, Positive for HSV-1, and a UTI. Received injection and anti-chlamydia drugs to relieve symptoms (Swollen lymph nodes in groin, under chin, and painful urination, as well as cough and flu-like symptoms) because the doctor was sure I had chlamydia before the test results came back.

May 2016, ex said that they've come positive for Syphilis and negative for HIV (after we had oral sex). I started seeing brown spots and holes where dead skin surrounded it. Visited the doctor last week, she said possibly just fungus. HIV (ELIZA test), Syphilis, Hep. B came back negative-confirmed.

My question is, I have anxiety and I tend think the impossible sometimes, since these both tests are negative (syphilis and HIV), is there still a posibility that anyone of them was a false-negative that I could have HIV-neg but false-neg Syphilis or syphilis-neg but HIV-false neg?

Just kind of concerned if I still could possibly have any of them... (mostly worried if the syhpilis is false-neg since my ex came with a positive syphilis)
