Is it a risk?

Hello.
After anal and vaginal protected sex with a HIV positive girl I noticed blood on the condom, and the girl told me that was the end of menstruation. She wore her panties and after a few minutes we were showering. In the bath, she took off her panties and there was blood in it. She washed her panties in the hot shower and we started having sex again. She inserted her fingers into my anus and then began to insert her panties in my anus. She inserted her wet panties almost completely in my anus and removed (this after about 20 minutes she washed her panties). My concern is that even washing her panties, there was a spot of blood ... it could infect me with HIV? The water of the shower could have disabled the virus? And the blood stain on underwear? Any of the situations I have described is risk of infection? Thanks a lot. (sorry for bad english)

Thanks for the reply. What was worrying me was her panties in my rectum, that even washed, had a bloodstain on it.

Thanks again.
