STD and HIV risks from Body to Body Massage, Hand Job and Kissing
I am a married man, who is alone in Australia for 6 months. I have a very high libido and it becomes very difficult for me to resist at times. I happen to visit massage parlous and escorts for around 12-13 times in last 6 months for body to body massages and hand jobs. During these encounters, massage providers and I were naked and rubbed our bodies with each other. They used to touch my anus, penis, scrotum, also its possible that during these encounters, my bare penis would have touched their vagina, anus, *** cheeks and breasts from outside , but always masturbated myself, as my foreskin is tight and I am always afraid of it getting pulled. However I came by boob jobs couple of times and came on the massage girls body. Also I kissed some of them on lips, though these were not very long or deep kisses. I licked their boobs and kissed on body and ***. In all cases, either oil, cream or nuru gel was used by massage girls.
In my last encounter, I felt that the lady was a transgender or had converted from male to female after some procedure.
I never fingered any girl, but would have touched the vagina and anus from outside. And there were never any oral sex or any kind of penetrative sex.
What if the persons I met were infected with STDs or HIV, and they had touched their vagina or anus and then touched my anus, penis head, lips and sucked my nipples or kissed me. And I also had touched their breasts, licked nipples and kissed some of them on lips.
I am not sure if they cleaned themselves after meeting other customers and also not very sure about the cleanliness levels of their sheets or towels.
Under these circumstances, my questions are below:
1. Am I at risk of any STDs including HPV or HSV, Hepatitis B or C?
2. Am I at any risk of HIV?
3. Am I at any risk for any other dangerous diseases spread due to such activities?
should I get myself tested? If yes what tests. And if I am not at risk can I hug and kiss my wife and kid. And have sex with my wife without worry?
I am very worried and losing my sleeps over it. I have decided that its the end of it and I will never again do this. Please help.
P.S. My doctor friend and brother who are surgeons in different fields told me that its a 0 risk activity for any STD or HIV transmission risk. And I need not to worry at all. But I am still worried.

There is an st forum for other stds.
HIV is inactivated in air so it can't infect you doing what you did. Only way to get HIV from sex is unprotected anal or vaginal, and all forms of other sex do not transmit HIV even if there was burns, cuts etc. So you are safe.

Also HIV is inactivated in saliva so oral sex and kissing are not HIV risks. Otherwise you would read about babies who got it from toilet seats and being kissed..
