Scared beyond belief

I was an idiot. I got a little too drunk and slept with girl, 3/4 of the time the condom was used, 1/4 of the time it wasn't. I asked her if she had any std's and she said no, but who knows if she was lying. I've only had sex with one other person besides this girl and we were both virgins at the time. It's been a week since the exposure and I can hardly focus or do anything because I am so scared/nervous/stressed/anxious about getting an incurable STD. Right after the incident I felt a little tingling on the tip of my penis, it didn't hurt to urinate, I just felt a little "feeling." I also have no signs of rash, warts, pimples or anything down low. I've had this tingling feeling since than and haven't gone to see anyone yet. I have been symptom hunting all day everyday since, and it feels like I have had every symptom in the book including mild diarrhea, and a couple night sweats. I want to go get tested because I can hardly handle this situation, but I know a week after exposure is to soon. Any advice?

That one time in four that was unprotected penerative sex constitutes a risk and therefore requires testing. It,s very early on so a test is obviously not going to be conclusive. You can have a test that has a shorter window period like a p24 combo test, but understand that no test will give you a conclusive result until 3 months post-exposure.It,s a waiting game.
