For the last time:

Because the virus cannot 'survive' in the conditions that you describe. HIV is a very fragile virus and is sensitive to changes in pH, temperature, osmolarity, etc. Not to mention other factors such as dilution. Your situation poses no plausible risk of HIV infection.
