OK but can you tell me the risk if one entry?  And the risk of not washing off the vaginal fluid?

I was really drunk.  If i did reinsert inter her it was just for a moment.  Thats what I told the Doctor.  I explained to him the sex was protected i just went down on her for about 30 seconds.  The doctor told me i was high risk because i had body pains, and my lympnodes behnd my jaw were a a little swollen, then he put me on Combivir.  I am going to stop the medication, it is killing me.  Teak i know you know your stuff, I have just been overstressed about this, i have never been in a situation like this before, and i do have alot to risk if i contracted anything.

OK but i cannot remember if i inserted back into her after the condom was removed.  Does that make me high risk?

You had protected sex and therefore no exposure and there is a chance that the PEP could severely affect your liver or kidneys. The cost/benefit does not evenly remotely justify PEP in this instance.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
* After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
* Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
* Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

i was on R&R at the time.  the doc said there was a possiblility the PEP could help.  Once i get my results i will stop. i am 95 percent in my mind there was no risk, but the test from what i understand will show any traces of hiv after the first week, is this correct?  I am just trying to get some closure.

Where are you that you find a prostitute but in a war zone?

You should stop PEP because you never had a risk and because after 72 hours it is a waste, it will do no good.

Also the test is a waste because it is no risk.

Well its kinda hard to find a new doc in a war zone.  The hiv rna test if it comes back negative, will that mean that i was low risk?  Why should i stop with the PEP?

After I did not wash  my genitals right away,  they were covered in sex jelly, I did take a long pee, i have heard that helps.  What are the exact chances that a circumcised male get hiv from vaginal sex?  Thank you so much for your info.

As long as the condom covered the head of your penis then you had no risk. Even with it slipping as long as it did not come off it is not a risk.
