Let me begin by saying that I was on a flight from Chicago to another country and had a layover in Amsterdam for 9 hours. I decided to go roam the city for alittle bit. Sadly, I visited the red light district and ended up having sex with one of the prostitutes. The prostituted did put on a condom on me and she did have oral and vaginal sex with me for about 10 minutes. I tried to make sure i did not go in so far, but when she was on top of me it was going in close to all the way. I returned to the airport terrified and paranoid about an STD or even AIDS. It was a very stupid mistake, and I thouroghly learned my lesson. So, as I reached the airport I went bought a room at the airport hotel, and went to sleep. When I woke up, I had a headache, and I am not sure if this headache is from fatigue or after sex. I know some of the common symptoms for STDs is a headache. I took a painkiller and was fine, and have not had a headache since then. Also, I can never properly tell if my urine is burning or not. I sometimes feel its just my psychological thinking that my urine is burning when its not....I do not think it is burning, because it doesnt burn post-urination either...so far, no other symptoms have been experienced. So, could you please give me some advice or possibly relieve my stress, which is ruining my current trip. Also, I do not return back to the US until a month from now, and I had sex yesterday.

For an updates sake, it has been a few days since my sexual encounter and I have safely reached my destination. Now, the problem is that in this country that I am in, I tend to get sick everytime I'm here. Usually, I get a stomach virus from the water here and a fever. I was on a train ride to a major and my stomach was hurting unpleasantly, had a fever, and I had vomitting sensations during this 7 hour train ride. After I had reached the city, after about 2 or 3 hours, I vomitted practically everything I had for the day. A doctor was called to the home, he suggested that I have gastroentitis. But after that vomit, I seem to be doing alot better with very little pain. I am on antibiotics seem to be doing better everyday. The doctor did notice that I had a tender appendix I'm not sure if that is relevant. So, after I just recently got off an airplane to reach my uncle's home, I began to feel alittle feverish again. I had not had fever since that first vomit I had mentioned. So far everything else is fine, I still feel paranoid about my urine burning but am not sure. Although, there were a few times when I was taking these antibiotics and vitamins that my urine did burn...maybe because of the dark urine associated with the antibiotics. Also, I feel like my fever has come back to me at my uncle's house, because it is significantly colder in this home. I have to sit in my room with a heater on and even going outside this room gives me chills. No discharge from penis has been noticed and no external bumps or rashes are present around my genitals. Now, my question is...the doctor's diagnosis for gastroentitis, do you think thats related to an STD since its only been about 8 to 10 days since my sexual encounter? Also, am i just paranoid about my urine burning that it is actually burning now...because there have been 2 or 3 other times where I felt like it was burning. Also, If i really had an STD how often should my urine burn...should it be everytime I had to pee or just sometimes...please do comment on other things as well.
