Stupid Question, but still worried

I probably already know the answer to this question, but I just need a little reassurance. The other night I met another gay male in a bar. We had mutual masturbation without condoms, wet kissing, and I gave him oral sex WITH a condom. There was *** on unbroken skin. Am I right to assume the risk for HIV and most STDs is almost nil???? Just a tad bit worried.

Yes, had you a risk it's possible to contract an STD and not HIV and the other way around. You were never at risk.

Was that double negative on purpose?

You didn't not have a risk of contracting HIV and you didn't have a risk of contracting other STD's by using a condom.
