the accuracy of 100 days post exposure test

Good morning everybody
i really appreatiate any kind of help from u
i had one  risky receptive oral and anal sex (actually the risk lies in the condom breaking but without ejaculation i,e the risk of precum )
about 100 days later while i was travelling to another country ,i had to do an HIV test in a governmental clinic there...about 4 days later the result came back with  that im free of HIV..
now im asking if u think that test was accurate or not as ive just heard that it cant be accurate unless there is at least 6 months period from the exposure ..
thanks in advance

how long it takes to get the results depends on the lab doing the test...not the test itself.
