about 3 months ago i did something very stupid,which was i had unprotected sexual encounter with a guy.
actually we had our underwear on. but as we were rubbing each other and i am afraid the rubbing might create some broken skin and his penis with a precum touched my vagina.i can't stop worrying. and i keep googling acute hiv symptoms and it made me worry more.
-i had a vomiting and diarrhea after 2 weeks of the incident which lasted for 2-3 days and went away after i got a ciprofloxacin(antibiotic).at the time i didn't consider it hiv symptom because it got resolved with antibiotic.
-with in that week i had a sore tongue for a day or two and went away.
-then just a week before today i googled and find the above 2 symptoms as few of hiv symptoms and i got stressed and got anxiety attack,which made me cry and feel depressed for the whole week. now i have one swollen lymph node on my left neck and i have geographic tongue which all of these symptoms i never had in my life. and yesterday to make matters worse i have a period with in 2 weeks. now i am really scared and very afraid to get tested because if i get a result with hiv+ve result i don't think i can survive the guilt of ruining my life for just that one day. please give me your professional advice

i read the activity i had is called frottage and in many sites, it says even for naked frottage hiv is not risk. but how can hiv is not a risk if there is fluid from both sides?specially for a women? please give me your professional explanation. thank you

im sure he didn't get inside but only his penis with precum touched the entrance of my vagina,i was afraid thinking there might be broken skin after rubbing with my underwear on and his precum might infect me. if you say that is not much risk thank God.i will never put myself in this position again.

We can't give you much help as you "think" this or that. Unprotected sex is a risk. If he entered you then a risk, if not then no risk.
If he did enter you for 3-5 seconds then while it is classified a risk you will not get HIV from that.

my underwear was moving to one side and i felt his unprotected penis rubbing me just for 3-5 seconds,it didn't went deep but i think i have an exposure to his precum at the entrance of my vagina,please give me some advise
