It is not possible to have HIV with all of the negative tests that you have done. Believe in your test results. You do not have HIV and you do not need to test any more.
DNA are not approved tests for HIV screening or diagnosing. Your 90 day test was conclusive you don't have HIV. Whatever is going on with your tongue is not HIV related.
who that was extremely fast! Thank you both for responding but i just feel so not myself for almost 5 months and i dont know what to do next...
Continue to work with your doctor, HIV is not your concern.
Thank you teak - i have been on this site for many months reading all the comments and remarks this site has to offer and i really appreciate your feedback! have a good one!
Last and final question - Is it possible to seroconvert 4-5 months after possible exposure? And if any of my symptoms were related to HIV would I have tested positive already? Thrush is still something i cannot get over and I've been working my my doctor but they can't seem to figure out what is wrong.
If it was possible then the conclusive time would not be 3 months. You don't have HIV.
Thrush can be cause by several things. Stress and anxiety,in diagnosed or not treated diabetes. You you actually not have thrush but rather just dry mouth with white coating-- but this is very different from thrush-- are you sure you have thrush have you been on antibiotics lately
I have taken nystatin twice and diflucan 3 pills and nothing. Now i am worried about the window period for the small 3% of people who turn positive after 3 months based on the CDC. I've started to lose more weight and if though i have a 5 month negative under my belt, i am starting to redoubt my test results.
I have taken lots of antibiotics for my prostate infection but i have been off of them for over a month. my tongue is not white but its yellow and sometimes it gets really bad. yellow from back to front.
Seek a therapist to help you deal with anxiety. Nothing more we can tell you here, you have a negative test that is conclusive. 3% don't turn positive after 3 months, that is a myth.
Has anyone ever seen a negative 5 month test turn positive later on? I'm sorry for the questioned but I promise this is my last one.
Reread what you have been told. That question has been answered as we told you when a test is conclusive.
ok understood. I will avoid reading anymore post and try to deal with my current issues. Thank you all for your support.
