Teak i got confused

i was reading some posts ii got scared i had an exposure like other guys over here i thought its a no risk exposure but i read something from teak got me kinda scared , about a month ago a hiv + lady shes a friend touched my lips by accident n i had some cuts maybe bleeding then i saw that her hand also was bleeding i read it the forums that it happened b4 in medical field that ppl got hiv from blood touching their lips .. i got insane .. so tell me plzz once and for all if some one with bloody finger touched ur cut lip is it low risk or no risk , taking into account that the blood was not dried it was actively running ...

sir one last question and i think i am not against the rules of the forum

does the amount of the blood change ur answer if its alot of blood for eg. if her finger was covered with blood ?

Duh!!!! You just stated the cause of your anxiety. Don't you think that would be a good idea? You did not have a risk of contracting HIV.

sir a lot of ppl told me that i had no risk wht so ever blood or no blood cut or no cut , even though my risk is zerooooo i still can't help worrying , i keep reading threads for hours , do advice me to go to a doctor for my aneixty problem in order to move on , n should i stop reading about it online ?

If you would have read the full post you wouldn't have been scared. You didn't have a risk. HIV does not stay active outside it's host. PERIOD. Now move along.
