Sore throat one week after possible HIV exposure?

I had sex with a guy exactly 9 days ago, he told me that he was tested and his status is negative, but at this point that means nothing to me.
we gave each other oral, and made out constantly. then he gave me anal. a condom was used, the condom did not break. a few days later i started having a scratchy feeling in my throat and yesterday and today i have pain in my right side of my throat exclusively that extends to my ear and sinuses. also this morning i coughed out blood, which is driving me crazy. I know you're going to tell me that i have low risk, but what if there was precum on the condom from his hands, what if i caught hiv from the oral? I almost never have anal sex and this is why i'm so scared that i made a huge mistake...I have no fever, but from what i've read, a fever is not a prerequisite of ARS. I'm really scared, I apreciate any advice. thank you
