Sore throat, prickly sensations on torso

Had exposure 5 - 6 weeks ago. Days after had sore throat ... 2 doses of antibiotics ... did not resolve ... then Other symptoms ... papillae under tongue inflamed ... . Then prickly / hot sensations on shoulders, chest, down arms ... happens every so often ... every so often ... doctor gave me lorazapam (says anxiety) but freaking out and worried .... No fever, no headaches, .... are these symptoms to worry about ??? Done 3 tests so far, including p24 and antibodies ... all neg ... but not 3 months period yet ... do I have a worry ???

Whatever they are, they have nothing to do with HIV.

Teak sorry if I seem overly concerned but looking for your expert advice. Are you saying there is NO concern ???  Do the neg p24 tests confirm that this is neg or do I still need to do the antibodies test at 3 months regardless ?? Why am I having these persistent symptoms ?? That is why I am so worried ?? Your input is greatly appreciated please !!!
