hiv or not

in september i had unprotected sex (broken condom) but i didn't come in her. six months later i get this wierd felling someting like i caught a virus. i felt tired, no fever, neck felt like it was on fire, and didn't eat a lot. when i went to the doctor he said it might be a virus and i would be fine a had a cd4 count of 6.8, they gave me 250 mg of antibiotics and a shot.
a few days later i notice that my chest hairs were swollen like a rash and i had one swollen lymph node on my right groin. but that friday i went to the doctor and my cd4 went to 8.7 and he said im fine but i still had a rash. the rash stayed for about two months it wasn't really itchy unless i really think about it. then a few weeks later i start haven bad sinus problems all in my face and had a clear post nasal drip for about four weeks. and now until this day i have urticaria which i never had before. i also had one hive that came back twice in the same spot. also before i had a swollen lymph i had a clear discharge that only happened once. i already been tested for chlamydia and gohnorria so do i have hiv.

The ONLY way to know if you have been exposed is by testing and ONLY a three month post exposure test is conclusive.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV. Symptoms of acute infection never come on that late, and yours don't resemble them anyway.

Your HIV risk is extreeeeeeeeeeemely low, so low it is not worth worrying about, See my journal "HIV Risk in Perspective".

At the same time, many people in your situation still need a negative test result to settle their fears. Once you KNOW you're negative, you'll stop associating every bump or sniffle you observe with HIV. You can test now for a conclusive result.
