Still having symptoms

I have posted here a couple other times regarding my risk, and my results. I was doing pretty well for the past few months until recently. I have been going to the doctor every other month to do follow up tests for my blood pressure and thyroid levels. I had gotten the original results back in january during my physical along with a negative HIV test which happened to be a year post my last exposure. I had trouble afterwards accepting the result and finally seemed to be doing ok. Now i'm freaking out again. I just had a doctors appt and my thyroid levels were off again which seems to be a problem with HIV infected people and they sent me for an ultrasound. When i went the lady said my thyroid was fine but she was spending more time looking at my lymph nodes in my neck which she said were inflamed. I am now freaking out because that is the one symptom during the asymptomatic period. I am aware that my blood pressure is probably because of my steroid use in the past, which i never abused or shared needles EVER. I am again terrified and so desperately want to move on from this with a definitive negative result but i can only keep second guessing when i now have had swollen lymph nodes probably for a while. I keep thinking my last result was a fluke and there was a mistake i don't know what to do.

thanks for your responses i very much appreciate them. I understand i probably need to speak to somebody to resolve this issue but one final question, is it possible that there was a mistake during the test or that it was a mix up of some sort? your responses mean a lot thank you

Your lymphnodes in your neck are not HIV related.

Lymphnodes swell all the time, by the way.

You have a conclusive result.

Use condoms for sex and be safe and you will never get HIV
