HIV Transmission through a cut on a thumb.

Hi everyone.

I recently went to a bawdyhouse out of sheer curiosity and I was having protected sex with one of the workers. However I had unhealed cut (about 15 hours old) on my thumb, and it was inserted into her vagina.

Here is the picture of that cut:

but it has been taken about 27 hours after the intercourse, so the cut on the photo is roughly 2 days old. It's probably not visible at the photo but the cut has been made at some angle so a skin formed something like a "skin flap" covering the wound. Cut is about 5 mm long but for the most part it doesn't reach any blood vessel (that's 2 mm than actually do).

When I realized that I had a cut on that particular thumb I took it out immediately (it took me 4 sec. at most to realize that). After that I gave it a close look and I noticed that the "skin flap" wasn't uplifted and the thumb was entirely covered with vaginal secretions. The cut wasn't bleeding anymore but it seemed not to form a scub either. Few minutes later I washed my thumb under a hot water using a lot of soap. When i got back home I spilled "hydrogen peroxide" on it and it started to sting and I noticed a lot of foam (so the thumb was also unhealed when I inserted it or I damaged it on my way home).

What is the risks of transmission in my case?

Thanks. This is much of a relief but I'm still puzzled what made it a risk free behavior.
