Have I contracted HIV

Hi, I was wondering whether someone could give me some advice as I am really scared that I may have HIV. I was in new york back in November of last year (22nd). I went out one night and got very drunk with a girl that I had never met before. She is 24, we ended up having unprotected oral and vaginal sex. In the morning I was obviously very concerned and I did ask her if as far as she new, was she disease free which she replied yes she was. We then went our seperate ways. When I got back to the UK I went and got tested for all STD's which came back negative. Over the Christmas period I started getting stomach cramps in the top of my stomach, I went to the doctor and they gave me tablets to reduce stomach acid which has helped. I ordered an HIV early self test kit in January, this returned a negative result. I returned to the sexual health clinic to talk with a doctor and explained what had happened and he said that I was at low risk of contracting HIV, but that I should return in 3 months to be tested just for piece of mind, (due to return at the end of february for this). Last week I started to experience joint pain, lower back pain, aching legs and headaches at the back of my head. I am experiencing alot of stress and anxiety due to this situation, I am really scared and cannot think about anything else, could the anxiety be causing these symptoms? any advice would be really appreciated

Low risk doesn't mean no risk, so wear condom when it goes to vaginal and/or anal sex.

Symptoms have nothing to due with HIV and yes they do seem anxiety/stress caused.
Any negative result is a good result. Your test at 3 months will be conclusive.
