Symptoms and HIV

Dear all, I had protected vaginal sex with a CSW in China.
She fingered my anus and I saw some blood after she pull out her finger. Then we had protected sex. No oral sex.
But I don't no if she had something in her finger when she fingered me.
After about a week I had unprotected sex with my Girl friend. Then after about 10 days, she started to have cough and mild fever, she did not take any medicine and it lasted 5-6days. After about 7 days of her first symptoms, I developed the same symptoms. but I had sneezing and mild fever for 2 days and then cough and mild fever for another 2 days and still have got coughing little bit. My symptoms started after 20days of sexual encounter with sex worker.

I'm at risk for HIV?
If I'm infected and transferred it to my girlfriend, can she show symptoms before symptoms appear in me?
Do I need to test?

You didn't have an exposure and your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

You never had an exposure and you do not need to test.
