Symptoms for now over an year!

Heyy..
This is nik from India. Had sex with a prostitute in august 2005. This was my first escapade and perhaps am still alot guilty about that. I have loads of symptoms which i can vouch for safely that I have been experiencing them everyday from Nov 2005, when I first got the scare of contacting HIV.
It all started when I was having persistent itching on my testicles. Saw a big red mark which I had never seen before in my life at that area. With time, the itching increased and it still persists even now. I have now developed irregular shaped patches in my testicles, even on applying cream, the itching stops for a week or so and then resurfaces. But the patches dont go at all...

Another major sysmptom that i experience is low grade fevers almost everyday.they range from 98.5-99.5F..could stress be a cause for them..or is HIV it?????

Also developed neuropathy and experience this tingling feeling in my palms and feet. This resulted as a result of vitamin b-12 deficiency, which normally occurs in HIV affected ppl due to a source on the net.

Fatigue--experience extrme fatigue and pulsations on the side of my forehead throughout the day. muscles pain every day, and normally experience this crackling sound in my joints.

Even as i feel these symptoms for over an year, I have changed many doctors whocudnt cure anything.I have had multiple ELISA tests for HIV1 and 2.I got tested after 4,6,9 and 12 months. All negative.A western blot at 5 months.also negative.

Then what the hell is  causing those symptoms man!! I just fail to understand, especially the itching on testi

I wonder how many people miss the real cause of their problems which could be life threatening because they are stuck on HIV

You have continuously and conclusively tested negatively for HIV. You are negative - congratulations! As for your symptoms, if that isn't too strong a word for them, what do your doctors say?

If they believe you have no real symptoms, that may be a clue that something else is going on, and that your "symptoms" are emotional/mental in nature rather than having any physical cause. If that is indeed the case, it may be time to visit a therapist so that you can get past this issue once and for all.

But, even if the symptoms are the sign of something else, well, it isn't HIV - it cannot be, as you have conclusively tested negative.

Good luck!
